Naasar ako sa konsepto na yan. Biktima kasi ako madalas. Pero ako, sa sarili ko, hindi ko ina-adapt sa sistema ko ang palakasan.

Isipin mo, yung lola kong ulyanin na at lahat, tuwing kinukumusta ako, she never fails to ask kung sino daw nagpasok sakin sa trabaho. Kamon! Nakalimutan na sa kabilang bahay lang ako nakatira, kung sino ako, at kung kanino akong anak, pero yung tanong na yon talagang part lagi ng script n'ya.

Proud ako ha (at blessed, for that matter). Biruin mo, nag-apply ako ng admission sa UP na ako lang ang nag-asikaso ng papel ko (pati ng mga classmate ko). Nakapasa naman ako kahit delingkwente ako nung fourth year. Nakapasok. Naka-graduate kahit ilang beses na-singko, na-INC, at nag-drop. Sabi nga ni Prof. Piadozo, kahit ano pang mangyari sa’yo habang nasa UP, ang importante maka-graduate ka.

Pagka-graduate, nag-apply, walk-in at online. Kahit may mga offer ang mga kamag-anak ko, di ko pinatos. Yung dalwang trabaho na pinasukan ko, hindi ko pareho kinailangan ng backer. Referals oo, pero bigating backer? No!

Application ng masters, yeah bah! Mabuti na lang hindi masyadong importante and GWA. Haha! At salamat sa tulong ng mga kaibigan na nag-asikaso ng mga requirements habang nagluluksa ako sa pagkawala ng tatay ko (na gusto ko sanang kwentuhan lagi ng mga Boncodin story at makipag-discuss ng current events, bureacracy, etc.).

Siguro kung pinatos ko yung mga convenient na trabaho na hindi ko naman linya, mayaman na ako. Hehe,,, Proud pa rin ba ako? Oo. Mas tama bang karirin ko ang devcom-related na trabaho? Yep, yep, yep! Yan din halos tinuturo sa public ad eh. Sabihin na nating masaya ako sa pagiging mayaman sa kaalaman. Yon, yabang! Hanggang saan kaya ako dadalhin ng pride ko? Baka pag namamalimos na ako. Hehe,,,

Kailangan mo ba talaga ng backer? Mapapadali ba nila ang mga bagay-bagay para sa’yo? Sa tingin ko hindi naman. Para na ring spoonfeeding yon. Siguro ang mas kailangan mo at mas masarap tanawan ng utang na loob ay yung mga taong chinallenge ka at alam mong nasa likuran mo lang para alalayan ka o saluhin ka if ever mapasabak ka sa trobol. Kahapon, first day ng class sa PA 209 (Ethics and Accountability in Public Service) at teacher namin si Boncodin. After ng konting orientation, course introduction, etc., she asked everyone, "Do you have a price?" Yung iba, hesitant pa. Pero ako, syempre oo. Magpapakipot pa ba ako? Haha!!! (Nabibili nga prinsipyo ko eh, di ba Pipay? Ayaw n'ya lang bilhin. Hehe,,,) Pagkatapos sumagot ng lahat, inexplain n'ya na "Everyone has a price, but not necessarily monetary. It could be your family, your career, or pride." Kinwento n’ya rin nung bago pa s’ya sa public office. Her superior then asked the same question at o.a. daw s’ya mag-react, “How dare you ask me that?” Tapos inexplain ni superior na siguro mataas yung price n’ya kaya during that time, hindi pa s’ya nako-convince.

Oo nga naman, naiisip ko minsan na kapag may namimilit sa kin o kahit tipong lambing lang, humihingi ako ng suhol—pero not necessarily pera. Pwedeng pabor din, o bagay, o pwede ring wala ng kapalit. Basta. Sa pagkakaalam ko, hindi naman ako mahirap i-please eh. Kaya mura lang ang price ko. Pag close tayo, libre. Haha!!!

Laurice Pia is a practical person whose goals are planned, practical, and down to earth. This is typical of people with normal healthy self-esteem. She needs to visualize the end of a project before she starts. she finds joy in anticipation and planning. Notice that I said she plans everything she is going to do, that doesn't necessarily mean things go as planned. Laurice Pia basically feels good about herself. She has a positive self-esteem which contributes to her success. She feels she has the ability to achieve anything she sets her mind to. However, she sets her goals using practicality-- not too "out of reach". She has enough self-confidence to leave a bad situation, yet, she will not take great risks, as they relate to her goals. A good esteem is one key to a happy life. Although there is room for improvement in the confidence catagery, her self-perception is better than average.

Laurice Pia is sarcastic. This is a defense mechanism designed to protect her ego when she feels hurt. She pokes people harder than she gets poked. These sarcastic remarks can be very funny. They can also be harsh, bitter, and caustic at the same time.

Laurice Pia has a healthy imagination and displays a fair amount of trust. She lets new people into her circle of friends. She uses her imagination to understand new ideas, things, and people.

ako'y nakauwi sa amin ay hapon na. pano'y may ka-trapikan dito sa maynila. tapos may pinuntahan pa akong kainan kaya hindi ako nakakain ng hapunan sa bahay. ay nag-inom pa kami, kaya hating gab-i na ako nakauwi nang totoo. ano pang aasahan mo, ay di tanghali na ako nagising, kaya ako'y hindi na nakapag-almusal, deretso tanghalian na. pinapakain na ako ni mommy, ampalaya daw ang ulam. ay ako'y hindi nakain noon pag hindi si kuya iyip ang nagluto. masarap ta yoong magluto ay at nawawala ang pait. ay nanukoy ako sa kusina -- may ginanga (sinaing na galunggong)! yooohoooo! todong saya ko ay. kahit hindi masarap magluto si mommy ay ako'y sarap na sarap sa ginanga! lalo na yung pinipiritos. ay yano! pag hindi naman piniritos, ay gusto koy masabaw-sabaw (ako pati'y naglalaway hanggang ngay-on). nagkang-kakain pati ako ng ampalaya. tapos ang panghimagas pa ay bukhayo. maligat-ligat pa. magkaigihan! ako'y solb na solb na. pati nung hapon habang kami'y nanonood ay namapak ako ng ginanga, bukhayo at papaya. haha! adik!

may red alert sa katawan ko... absent ako kahapon dahil dinidysmenorrhea ako. nakahilata ako maghapon sa bahay. charing! tinamad lang talaga ko. nag-marathon ako ng hunter x hunter. saya! napaka-productive ng araw ko.

Sa bahay naman nila Shao, may pakalat-kalat na ABNKKBSNPLAKo! Dahil huli ko nabasa ang kwentong chalk, inassume ko na mas nauna yung kwentong barbero. Tanga. Hehe,,, Tapos non, nag-collect na ako ng bobong books. Maraming humihiram kasi nga panalo! Pati mommy ko, tinatanong ako kung may bago na raw bang libro si BO. Tsk!

Last month, nagpahanap si Cheska ng Literary History ng *tooot* province. Wala akong nakuha sa provincial museum kasi weekend. Museum, sarado pag weekends?! Pakshyet sila. Kahit ginalugad ko ang buong kabisera, wala pa rin akong nakita. Buti na lang may kumpare ako na stage play writer/director at professor sa isang university don sa'min. Therefore, sya ang ininterview ko. Feeling estudyante ulit ako. Pero fiesta non eh, kaya nasa inuman kami nung naganap ang interview na 'to.

PROMULGATED- la ka na problema dito kc okay na okay na yun..:)

EDITED/FORMATTED- meaning maayos na yun at ang next step ay for promulgation process na lang.

FORMATTED- so kulang pa ng pag-eedit, kaya paki-edit na lang..heheh..:)

NOTedited/NOTformatted- meaning, super nose bleed to, iedit mu pa at ifoformat..kaya mu yan!:)

-well, kelangan mu lang maging OC sa mga manuals para di ka mahirapan..lam q naming OC ka..heheh

ü Project Teams

- yun nga, you’ll be assisting sa mga project teams since wala pa mga RA para dun (ewan q ba 48 yrs pa cguro mga RA nay un bago mahire! heheh..joke!). Just jot down the minutes (pero madalas c tita rose nagawa ng minutes), do computer related churva, kulitin mga attendees na umatend, coordinate though landline, email and grups (pwede rin celfon if marami ka load..heheh), at higit sa lahat gawing masaya ang conference pag inaantok na ang lahat..heheh..:)

- since almost tapos na ang wbs, POE na ang mga malamang ipagawa sayo, pati commo plan at risk management (para maging knowledgeable ka dito, basahin mu yung project management (PM), nasa my doc, folder kick off conference, then may mg appt presentations dun bout sa PM.

ü Groups, email

-yun nga kw halos lagi nagngulit sa grups, kw kc mag-uupload ng mga files at nagpopost ng mga messages. May email add n nga tayo, basta andun na yung mga email add ng mga tao na kelangan mu guluhin..heheh..:) meron din cla cell number dun..

ü Sa paggawa ng briefings lagi mu isaisip na baka matanda ang audience mu kaya dapat yung kulay at font size ay appropriate sa kanila. Tapos c boss, blue lagi bg kc dw blue gngamit pag sa GHQ for uniformity. Tapos wag ka maasar kung marami boss..heheh (kc aq naaasar)..heheh

ü Mostly, manuals at project teams lagi ang kaharap mu… so bear with them.

ü Sa lunch nga, wg ka pahuhuli sa pagkuha or else maliit na ang matitira sayo na ulam or wala ka na rice .heheh..basta kain sundalo..wg ka mahihiya..

ü If you have questions, wg ka mahihiya magtanong. Lumapit ka kay sir Alvin, ky tita rose, kay maj noora, or directly kay de hitta.heheh..

ü Eto mahalaga to, pag 14 or kaya 29 or 30 sabihin mu kay sir flores ay sweldo mu na..heheh..kc makakalimutin yun!as in super alzheimer’s un! Kaya wg ka mahihiya magsabi pag sweldo time na..heheheh..:)

ü Pag lunch, pwede ka naman sumabay kina sir, mababait naman yun mga yun..yun nga lang puro green ang mga topics nila..heheh..or if you want to be alone, sa table mu na lng kw kumain or sumbay k kina tita rose..

eksakto two years na nung huli ako naglaro ng badminton. Palarong UPLB pa non eh, partners kami ni denim hanggang semis. sayang, talo.

simula nung pumasok ako sa calmar, hindi ako nakapag-laro kahit isang beses. o nakanood man lang. madalas kasi OT. bumili pa naman ako ng bagong raketa. bweeeesit! nung hindi na ako nag-oOT masyado, nalipat naman ako sa SM branch. closing lagi ang sked. bwakanang ina talaga oh...

nung nainterview ako dito sa afp, may athletic days daw - TTh. ayus! yun yon eh. kaya tinurn down ko na yung ibang interviews ko kasi gusto ko na dito. haha! ambabaw.

isipin mo naman, tumaba na ako sa calmar. dun na ako nagka-bilbil. pati bra ko pumuputok na sa likod at gilid (wala talaga puputok sa harap). excited ako magtrabaho dito sa afp, kasi feeling ko babalik yung dati kong katawan. yeah bah! asa.

sporty attire ang moda ko. kahapon ko lang nagamit yung bago kong raketa. haha! tapos nung nag-stretch ako at konting warm-up, parang nagpuputukan mga buto ko. umulan. may mga ampiyas at konting tulo sa bubong. may mga eksena pa ako ng paggulong. pero maganda yung court, in fairness. at nanalo kami. yehey!

wala lang. ang gaan ng pakiramdam kahit lulutang-lutang ako. kakarating ko lang sa office. hindi ako naka-uniform. pero handa akong ma-reprimand. ok lang.

naging coffeeholic ako for a couple of months na. pero ngayon, medyo tinigil ko muna kasi ayokong kabado ako kung mabaril man ako or ma-rape.

oo, ipapa-rape daw ako or babarilin ng asawa ng officemate ko.

adik kasi s'ya kaya napapraning na. wala na ngang trabaho, naghahari-harian pa sa bahay na hindi naman kanya. nakikipag-hiwalay na 'tong officemate ko eh kung anu-anong pamba-blackmail ang ginagawa like yung mga anak nila, ang tatay nyang mlapit ng mamatay sa sobrang dami ng sakit, ang Diyos, at ang legal system. iniisip ko nga kung ano isusunod n'yang gamitin pam-blackmail eh... nanunuyo tapos mang-aaway. pa'no naman s'ya makikipagbalikan, di ba? adik talaga. sa rehab na lang kasi s'ya pumunta.

favorite n'yan rason kung bakit daw sila nagkakaganon eh kaming mga friends. hello! kaya nga kami naging close kasi kinukwento n'ya yung problema n'ya sa iilang tao.

ngayon, ako lang yung pinaka-available para samahan s'ya at siguraduhin na ligtas pati mga anak nila. yung isa kasi, buntis. yung isa namang lalaki, nagkaka-issue. may iba pang friends pero malayo. yung iba, hindi makapag-extend ng help. hirap nga eh.

kaya kung mamatay man ako sa mga susunod na araw, wag na kayong magugulat ha.

May 3 Feast of the Holy Cross. Fiesta sa Quezon, Quezon kung saan may family reunion kami madalas dati nung active pa ang mga organizer. Syempre hindi ako pumunta, bukod sa walang reunion, wala ring nag-invite sa kin.

Birthday din ni Totie. Pero may pasok daw s'ya kaya walang party. Isa pa, busy s'ya sa wedding preparations. Kinuha akong abay, in fairness.

Fiesta sa Calmar Homes, ang subdivision sa likod ng office namin (o yung office ata namin ang nasa compound ng subdivision. Ewan!) Maraming ahente na nag-invite. Lunch, dun kami kila tita Rosie. Dinner naman kila tita Tessie. Ayos. Busog. May videoke pa. Tapos moni. Pero di ako uminom. Naisip ko pumunta kila Bulate kahit walang invitation. Akalain mo, may dance at amateur singing contest pala malapit sa kanila. Kinuha pa akong judge. Saya!

Wala. Naisip ko lang na sa sobrang limited ng activities ko after office dahil sa sobrang pagod at nakalaan lang sa college friends and officemates ang social calendar ko, nakasingit pa ang fiesta na yan. Sa Alabat pa ata ako huling namiesta. Hehe,,, na-miss ko tuloy high school friends ko. At nagpapasalamat ako sa Meralco friends dahil nagkakaron ako ng social life dito sa Lucena aside from my officemates.

Naalala ko yung sinabi ng chemistry ko (si Ikit), ang March at April ay nakalaan sa Radiancy. Haha! asa pa... May na no! Tuloy na 'to! Go UP ADS!

Sana by the end of May, matuloy naman yung family affair na binabalak namin.

last sunday was one of my most productive days simula nung nag-work ako. i slept over kila kuki kasi we went swimming the night before. pag-uwi ko, bumili ako ng miki (pam-pansit ba).

pagdating ko sa bahay, wala si kuya, nag-overnight din. andon si mommy! may food na sa table pero hindi pa muna ako kumain. ineexpect n'ya na matutulog ako pero hindi, nanood ako ng dvd. tapos, she has to leave kaya hindi na rin ako nagluto ng pansit. maiiwan na daw s'ya ng bangka pauwi sa Alabat.

dumating si kuya after umalis ni mommy pero natulog lang s'ya. nung medyo naka-rest na ako, nag-start na 'ko mag-sort ng laundry. andami! hindi na 'ko sanay maglaba. si kuya kasi usually ang naglalaba. natapos ko naman ng maayos, in fairness. at nakapagbasa pa 'ko ng book sa lagay na yon!

tinatamad pa akong magsimba pero lumakad na rin ako. nag-prepare na 'ko ng dinner tapos nagising na si kuya kaya s'ya na pinagluto ko.

tamad talaga akong mag-sulat. pero pag sinipag naman ako, kailangan mo talagang mag-devote ng maraming oras para magbasa. yun naman eh letters lang. hindi mga journal entries kagaya nito...

kaya nga mas pinili ko ang multiply over livejournal kasi i'm more on visuals. hehe,,, kahit pa sabihing may photo album rin sa lj.

ang problema, tamad na rin akong mag-upload ng photos lately. marami pa akong pending pics sa folder ko. pinalitan ko kasi settings ng cam ko. ayoko ng maliit na resolution kasi balak kong iprint ang mga yon. pag malaki naman, matagal i-upload. medyo impatient ako kasi resources ng office ang ginagamit ko. nakaka-guilty rin. hehe,,,

bakit ba kasi ang daming contradictions sa buhay? simpleng bagay ang hirap gawan ng decisons. haha!

biruin mo, march na pero yung mga christmas photos ko nasa hard disk pa rin. hehe,,, ibig sabihin lang, malalaman mo kung kelan ako sinisipag. kasi hindi lang one second ang maco-consume sa pag-resize mo ang mga picture.

we communicate. but most of the time, we don't. si shao ang tinutukoy ko (kung hindi mo kilala yung nasa picture). everybody knows we were really close. intimate mag-ninang, in fact. pero since marami nang nangyari at naiba na ang setting, madalas na kami mag-away. ganon daw talaga pag lalo mo nakikilala ang tao...lumalalim ang relasyon n'yo.

i want to quote this. kung kanino man talaga 'to galing. pero si ally my lemonade ang nagforward sa 'kin nito:
           "a true friend scolds like a dad, cares like a mom, teases like a sister, irritates like a
             brother, and finally... loves you more than a lover."

this applies to us. and it hurts na hindi kami nag-uusap these past few weeks. kasi kahit mababaw na bagay, pinagtatalunan namin. we tell each other how bad we are. brutal talaga magpalitan ng salita. pero in the end, magkakampi pa rin kami.

last week, malaki kasalanan ko sa kanya kasi i'm too blunt. i should have just shut my mouth and tolerated her superficial thoughts. after all, dapat alam ko kung kelan s'ya dapat damayan, di ba?

again, gusto ko mag-quote from an unknown source ulit. eto...

at dahil d'yan, i feel blessed being hurt.

kagabi, i am really surprised na tinext n'ya ako. and i am certain, wala s'yang ibang sinabihan non kundi ako. kahit bad news pa yon, nakaka-flatter kasi she still recognizes me as her 911. i'm deeply touched and moved.

naiiyak ako ngayon, not because i feel sorry for her. but because she's still there when i thought she's too far that i can't reach her. we still need each other and it really matters. i love her just the same.
